Composting Toilets are a safe, effective, cost-efficient and environmentally responsible way to provide toilet facilities wherever it is needed. Homes, cabin, businesses, farms, shops and anywhere toilets are needed, composters can be installed to handle the humanure and urine, turning it into fertilizer for flower gardens, forest, fields and lawns. All that is required is an air vent stack and a plug-in for electricity. Some models don't even need electricity. The cost ranges from $1000 - $2000 for two to eight people. Larger facilities are available for businesses, camps, parks and other public places. They need to be sized for the loads required and price quoted case by case.
