| *Reserve the first spot break in Outdoor Trivia® and Natural Ways™ for local stations and sponsors. |
| *Provide a license for station to broadcast program(s), use trademarks and merchandising materials. |
| *Provide limited non-exclusive license of Bog Frog® for community conservation programs. |
| *Train stations personnel on techniques of Conservation Marketing™. |
| The Radio Station(s) will: |
| *Broadcasts program(s) with BFM provided commercials in their entirety during the time periods above. |
| *Provide affidavits of performance for all program airings. |
| *Provide "Make-Goods" for any episodes which station fails to broadcast. |
| *Send us coverage maps and media kit from all stations airing Bog Frog Media programs. |
